Andiamo Farming was founded on a shared belief that great farming is built on relationships, trust and generations of experience. The company is intentionally independent, owner-led and built to stay close to the people and properties it serves.

  • Tony is a fourth-generation farmer whose career has included leadership of complex agricultural and vineyard operations throughout California. His experience spans farming operations, client relationships, business development, compliance, safety and long-term agricultural strategy. Tony co-founded Andiamo to build a company that puts people first, respects the heritage of farming and remains accountable to the growers and communities it serves

 
 

  • Morgan is a fifth-generation California farmer with deep roots in production agriculture and years of vineyard-management experience. He brings a practical, hands-on approach to field operations, team leadership, quality and client relationships. His leadership is grounded in trust, accountability and the belief that exceptional farming begins with exceptional people.
